Burn the Past is an old-school West Coast IPA. We even brought crystal malt back to the table for this one! Properly bittered and hopped with Chinook, Columbus, and McKenzie hops for a piney and citrusy hop character. Cheers!

440 ml can, as Salikatt Burn the Past West Coast IPA, from Vinmonopolet Madla. ABV is 7.0%. Slightly hazy orange colour, moderate white head. Aroma of orange marmalade, grapefruit, pine and spruce. Citric flavour (bitter oranges, lemon and grapefruit), not too sweet despite the crystal malts. A good and resinous hop bitterness throughout, becomes quite sharp in the aftertaste.
