500 ml capped bottle. Poured a clear dark amber-chesnut coloured Mead with a one finger beige creamy foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is a sweety honey juice with strong notes of caramel. The flavour is a moderate sweety honey coated juice, fruity, apples and a touch of spices, pepper. The mouthfeel is fizzy, sparkling and smooth. This light bodied Mead has a long honeyish finish. A not unpleasant at all Mead, on the contrary a quite nice , especially on the tongue, Mead.
