330 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original Saint Monon chalice glass an unfiltered cloudy dark amber-chesnut coloured ale with a beige creamy foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is moderate caramelized malts, fresh grassy hops and a touch of hay and barnyard. The flavour is at first a strong grassy hops bitterness and in a second time caramelized malts, notes of aciditic fruits, citrus, orange, apples and spicy, chilli, pepper. The mouthfeel is crispy, fizzy and very smouth. This medium bodied ale has a dry hoppy bitter finish. A nice tasting Belgian Ale with a permanent freshness. Overall an interesting bitter brew.

Orangeish hazy colour with creamy head. Aroma is a bit barnyardish along with hints of citrusfruits. Strong, quite barnyardish and spiced orange in flavour, Sour grassy hayish notes in finish. Mouthdrying as well as a bit sticky.

Hazy orange colour with slim off-white head. Aroma has coriander, sweet malts and some feint vanilla. Nice sweet malts in the taste with a hoppy bitterness in the finish. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Good stuff.
