750 ml capped bottle. Poured an unfiltered and hazy dark amber-chesnut coloured IPA with a generous two fingers light beige and dense foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is aromatic and piney hops, light toasted malts and a pronounced barnyard. The flavour is mild caramel malts, biscuits, dried fruits, walnuts, fruity, oranges and deep floral and aromatic hops. The mouthfeel is quite thin and heavy bitter. The texture is quite watery. This light to medium bodied IPA has a lingering deep hoppy bitter finish. That a newcomer, with a so tiny brewery, dares to try the US IPA-way, raises the interest and the result is more as encouraging. Well done !
