750 ml capped bottle. Poured an unfiltered and hazy deep brown coloured Brown Ale with a two fingers tan and dense foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is toasted malts, sourish fruits, apples and a spicy touch, licorice. The flavour is toasted malts, fruity, sourish apples, notes of dark chocolate and ashes. The mouthfeel is smooth and quite thin. The texture is watery. This light to medium bodied Brown Ale has a dry toasted malts finish. A not convincing Brown Ale from a tiny brewery in the french departement Pas de Calais.
