pronounced grapefruity hop aroma and taste. not a huge IPA, but pretty good, nonetheless. nothing to knock on about this beer, as it was solid and enjoyable all the way around. better on tap...usually a significant difference. 4+ tap/3.5 bottle

Everything checks in just average here with this IPA. Nothing really West Coast about it in fact. Aroma was mostly sweet but there was a little citrus hops fighting thru the malt. Appearance was deep burnt orange color, huge friggin' head. Popped the bottle and suprised to have a gusher. Mouthfeel was really pleasant with a smoothness that is hard to find in some IPA's. Flavors were a little unbalanced for my liking as the malt profile was kickin' tail on the hop character. Not incredibly overbalanced though. Overall, a nice drinkable IPA.

Orange gold color. Large head. Aroma is citrusy hops. A medium bodied IPA. Malts are slightly sweet. Hops are very pronounced, grapefruity and somewhat bitter. Nice juicy hop flavor. Well balanced. A nice drinkable IPA. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is bitter.
