Gravity-poured into a in a steinkrug at Binding's wonderful Sachsenhauser Warte restaurant and beerkeller in Frankfurt. Cloudy and golden-amber with a thin but creamy off-white head. Earthy nose with mildly spicy hay. Spritely mouthfeel; full and lively palate. Full, complex bitter flavor with lightly-roasted malt; full and fresh. Long, bitter - almost astringent - fresh finish. Very good; by far my favorite beer in Frankfurt.
