Russell Brewing is celebrating 19 years in the craft beer world. One of our team's passionate and creative brewers, Scott (@SBrewhanna), has decided to pay homage to his down-under roots of the former penal colony we call Australia, by adding Galaxy, Ella and Topaz hops that come from the giant island. Using our award winning IP'eh! recipe, with a twist, these hops will bring fruity peach and passion fruit flavours. Join us in raising a glass to our 19th birthday, it's a big year in BC after all! IP G'day! Thank you for all your thirst and support!

Bomber from Central City. A good looking beer, with a pour of clear dark amber under a foamy beige head. Aroma as per the label: fruity plus hops and pine resin. Taste was gloriously bitter with ample grapefruit and pine, caramel undertones. Seems well above the claimed 53 IBU's. Solid mouthfeel. Dry finish, with some caramel. Nicely done.
