Farmhouse Ale Our latest variant of our farmhouse ale, JOJO! Brewed with 100% Arizona grains from Grain R&D and the famous yeast from Jovaru Alus in Lithuania like usual but this time hopped in the kettle and dry hopped with Mosaic and Waimea. The familiar cracked pepper, herbal and spice is there but the new hopping technique gives it more bitterness and structure with aromatics of passionfruit, pineapple, orange zest and spruce.
