Viola Sororia Farmhouse Ale aged in Rye Whiskey Barrels is a fall take on our classic farmhouse ale. We brewed up our classic saison recipe and put it to rest in a extremely fresh 15 gallon Cosair Distillery Ryemageddon barrels for 8 months. This long slumber aloud the beer to pick up truley unique flavors of cinammon, apple, clove, nutmeg, and rye giving it a complex flavor. We bottle conditioned these beers which gives it a beautiful carbonation and have been letting it age for well over a year. Welcome to Rookery Brewing Company. Hope you enjoy!!
