Rye Barrel Aged Farmhouse Ale aged on Handpicked Apples and Plums with Cinnamon. Fall is our favorite time of the year. Most of are harvest season is coming to an end. The weather is getting cooler, and the colors of the trees are becoming incredible hues of dark reds, oranges and yellows. Every year we have our annual family apple picking trip. The contents of this beer our from last years trip. Hand picked Gingergold & Mollie Apples, along with beatiful purple plums. Hand cut and dried. We then took some Honeycrisp Apples and hand juiced them. Aged for over a year in a rye whiskey barrel and bottle conditioned. Cheers to fall!!
