Oktoberfest is dark golden in color with a solid, off-white foam stand. It has a rich German malt aroma, and a very distinctive and complex maltiness, the finish is dry.

Comes out of the tap a beautiful clear honey-golden with a decent and attractive head. Aroma is crisp and fairly strong and richly malty with just a hint of fruit. Flavor is satisfying and malty and has a subtle fruity undertone. Texture is smooth and tingly. Not Rogue's best, but worthy of them.
