A combination of pale and caramel malts, this beer adds a dash of Brown malt for a nutty flavor. Willamette hops provide a clear finish that offsets the characteristic sweetness of this nut brown ale.

On tap at the Warrenville, Illinois location. Poured a dark brown color with a medium, light-brown head. Good lacing. Aroma was very nice, with a strong chocolate-maltiness to it. Excellent full mouthfeel to is. Perfect amount of carbonation to it. Flavor consisted of chocalate and malt, with a little bit of hoppiness to it. Of all of the Rock Bottom beers I've had (of which I've liked them all), this was my favorite.

ho hum ho hum average brown. Pour a lighter brown with a small head but the lacing was solid. Aroma was malty, some yeast to it. Flavor was good, malts with a hop finish to it. Medium body, mouthfeel was thin.

Not bad at all......it was a nice brown color in the glass with a slight head. There was lots of bubble action in the glass as well. The taste was smooth and enjoyable.
