Hop Quake is a 6.5% IPA measuring in at 63 IBUs brewed with Warrior, Cascade, Centennial and Columbus hops. Not too hoppy and not too heavy, it should be a good sipper for the increasingly warm South Carolina December.

Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 7
Pours clear coppery amber with a thick and rather persistent pale buff head. Aroma has nice hoppy and citrus notes, typical of an IPA but enjoyable. Flavor starts out strong, woody and bitter; notes of Mandarin orange, grapefruit and fresh malt soon follow. Texture presents average body and some good fizz. Though mostly average for an IPA, this goes down well.
