Deep red in color, light cherry flavor, and high effervescence make this Summer seasonal beer very refreshing. Very light-bodied, this beer drinks more like a cider. Make with wheat malt, a yeast that lends a slight sour character, Oregon cherries, and only a small amount of hops, this ale is sure to quench your Summer thirst. Medium red-brown color, cherry nose. A medium bodied wheat beer, with a sweet/sour cheery flavor. Cherry flavor is not too sweet, but add an interesting balance to the malts and hops. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean. Aftertaste is slightly bitter. Interesting beer.
