The brewer said this was the kind of IPA that came together the night the before the beer was brewed. Not bad for the quick preparation. It’s really more of a Sierra Nevada type APA than an IPA, though. The pale malt is relatively dry, and the hops are just past balancing. The hops don’t come through a lot in the aroma, but more so in the flavor.
