Style: grisette. Our rustic farmhouse wheat ale is open fermented with a mix of yeasts from some of our favorite traditional farmhouse breweries. Dry and sprite with flavors of pepper, hay, and stone fruit. Named after visionary jazz player Ornette Coleman.

Taps clear topaz with a thick beige head. Aroma presents sweet pomme and tropical fruit plus fresh malt. Flavor features all of the above and a tart note, as well as a bit of hops. Mouthfeel delivers good body and lively fizz you can feel all the way down. An ornette to the brewery.
