Blanc Grapes, Grapefruit, Floral. A light bodied and refreshing saison brewed with wheat and oats, and then open fermented with our house mixed culture of farmhouse yeast while showcasing the Hallertau Blanc hop variety. Inspiration was drawn from the sauvignon blanc wines produced in the Bordeaux area of France to produce a crisp and elegant flavor profile, giving notes of white grapes, in addition to floral, grapefruit and elderflower in the nose.
