Pours out in a cloudy dark yellow colour topped with a dense , large white foam. Spicy aroma of cloves and cumin with sweet fruity notes of apricots and over-riped banana. Unclean yeasty and fruity flavour of diacetyl, pears and mashed bananas with peppery and sourish undertones. Hay, fudge and over-riped banana in the short sweet aftertaste. Is it supposed to be like this? Just a bunch of foul flavours everywhere...

Draught. Hazy nutbrown colour, not much head. Wheatbeer from beginning to end. Nothing very special in this one, though it felt quite "palatefilling" compared to many other Hefeweizens.
