Similar to an IPA, this pale ale is hopped with a rotation of Australian hop varieties. The result is an easy-drinking brew with a citrus/passionfruit aroma and hop flavor.

650ml bottle from LCBO. Pours a fair size frothy off-white head and has a light golden amber appearance. Some sticky lace. Aromas of light hops and bready malta. And little bit of resin as well. Flavours of toasty and bready malts, some herbal and earthy hops and a very subtle hint of caramel in the finish. Good retention. Average mouthfeel. Lively carbonation.

Much more of a pale ale than an ipa. Not the greatest looker with a subdued grainy and peach aroma. Taste is sweet peach, honey and mildly grassy. Medium mouthfeel. After having their impy and black ipa which were excellent I'm a little disappointed in this one.

Bomber from the LCBO. Pours a slight hazy, light golden-yellow colour with a big frothy white head, very good retention and foamy lacing. Grainy taste with a little hop fruitines in it. Mild grassy nose. Eventually, caramel comes out with hints of tropical fruits. Decent dryness in the finish. A nice, refreshing Pale Ale (called Australian Pale Ale) that goes down quite nicely with nothing overpowering, but no faults.
