Hops (Boil): Galaxy, Centennial, Simcoe, Chinook Hops (Dry Hop): Simcoe, Galaxy, Centennial Malt: 2-Row, Munich 1 Malt, Flaked Oats, Flaked Wheat Yeast: House Ale Moonlight on Chrome pours a hazy light straw colour with a thick white foam. It is brewed with flaked oats and wheat to bring opacity to the forefront and give it a big, pillowy foam on top as well as a creamy, full mouthfeel. The new world hops we’ve chosen to include bring wondrous, tropical fruit to the table: passionfruit, peach and grapefruit sit atop a bed of bready goodness.

Session NEIPA at 4.3& ABV, pouring a very lightly hazed, very light golden-yellow colour with a huge, overflowing white head, super bubbly, decent lasting and leaving soapy lacing patches. Big citrus nose with orange juices, peel, lemon and grapefruit zest. Hints of oats blended with herbal notes from the hops. The citrus continues into the taste with peel and juices. Some decent bitterness and dryness. Quite a bitter Session NEIPA, and less juicy.
