A clear amber colored beer with a small soapy textured, white head that rises briefly above. There's no lacing. I get more cider than malt. Clean, smooth on the tongue

Pours typical clear amber, thin white head. Aroma is crisp and mainly slightly sour apple, more cider than beer. Apple dominates the flavor, somewhat sweet and a bit sour. Texture has thin body but good fizz. How about this apple.
