Pacific Northwest hops and English malts makes this a bit of a hybrid IPA. If you are familiar with both West Coast IPA and English IPA, you find this beer straddles both styles quite easily. This Amber coloured 6.9% IPA has a lot of hop bitterness with a Fruity, citrus and caramel aroma. It is sharp and herbal in flavour with some earthy finish and caramel sweetness for balance

On tap at The Flying Beaver (YVR South). Clear orange pour, headless, and no carbonation. Light aroma, bits of citrus and malt, no pine resin. Flavour was a little more balanced but I don't get the "sharp and herbal" business. Average mouthfeel, dry finish. Balanced but just okay.
