A ruby tinge, amber colored beer with a big creamytextured, off white head rising above. There's decent hang time on this one, settling into a thick ringlet and gentle splotches of film. There's faint chocolate, vanilla and fruit in the nose. Nutty, fruit and herbal taste. Well carbonated, light medium bodied and crisp.
