Our unique anniversary ale is a fusion of the creative brewing creations of Belgium and the USA. Copious additions of Amarillo hops from the pacific northwest compliment the flavors of the Belgian yeast and spices creating a new American classic. This ale is orange in color, and hoppy but not overly bitter with citrus notes and a subtle spiciness.

This is their thirteenth anniversary edition, I have never tried the others, but wish i would have to compare. I am not sure if the recipe changes or if it is the same every year. A nice orange body, not much head or lace. The usual Belgian yeasts were there with an unexpected floral hop presence in the aroma and flavor. The hops also gave it a nice hop skunkiness, i was surprised by the hop prevalence, i was expecting a traditional Belgian ale, but this worked out pretty well.
