Cask; Regular. Also available bottle conditioned. A railway themed name after the name for two engines pulling a train. A golden brew made only with pale ale malt and goldings hops giving it a well balanced hoppy flavour. Very drinkable - beware!!

500 ml bottle. Poured a hazy medium amber colored ale with a large two fingers slight beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention. Active carbonation. Great lacing. A lot of sediments. The aroma is grainy malts, floral hops, hay, barnyard. The flavour is a strong lemony hoppy bitterness, sweety malts, notes of aciditic fruits, grapefruit, orange, hints of honey. The mouthfeel is creamy and sparkling with a slight warming effect. This medium bodied ale has a long bitter finish. Very pleasant.

500 ml bottle, courtesy of Cardinal pub, Stavanger. Bottle conditioned. ABV is 5.3%. Golden colour, hazy. Large and lasting off-white head. Nice hoppy / citrussy aroma. The flavour is also distinctly hoppy throughout, but there is also a noticeable presence of alcohol - in a blind test I would have guessed that the beer was somewhat stronger than 5.3%. There’s a moderate sweetness in the background. Moreish.

Golden coloured with a large firm white foam. Dryish nose of hay and pears. Hoppy and dry flavour of grass, dried apricots and orange-peels with long bitter finish of grass.

Casked. Golden colour, creamy mediumsized white head. Sweet fruitish aroma. Caramellish and fruity, very pleasant flavour. A bit hoppy finish. Dry and a bit sticky palate.

Bottle. Cloudy/murky amber colour with a creamy white head. Aroma is sweet malts and hops. Fruity, malty, hoppy, caramel, nutty and sweet flavours. Quite carbonated but with a nice mouthfeel. Pretty good really.
