Citrusy, crisp, and crushable – Extra Mile is a 99 calorie, 3.5% abv IPA. Yep, you read that right. Low calorie, low alcohol IPA. Brewed with premium Citra and Centennial hops, this beer is HUGE on flavour.

    355ml can
    3.5% ABV

The beer pours a hazed yellow colour with a generous white bubbly head which lasts a few minutes before finishing as a long lasting film on top. The aroma is bready grains, lots of orangy citrus notes, and yeast. The mouthfeel is thin to medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is not to my liking. It tastes like a weak iced tea with cereal malts mixed in. A bit overpriced at $3.15 for a 355ml can if you ask me (and you may not be aware of it…but you did ask!)

Lightly hazy, light bright-yellow colour with a frothy white cap, good stay and full creamy-foamy lacing. Hoppy nose with some nice grassy notes, a nice citrus base and hints of tropical fruits. The dry mouthfeel is quite nice here as it lingers. The bitterness is quite palatable for a low alcohol. Citrus flavours with hints of grassiness. This one is really growing well on me for a dry Session.
