Traditionally, the Saison/Farmhouse Ale style was brewed in the winter months, and consumed during the summer by farmhouse workers. This brew features a dominant yeast profile reminiscent of spice, earth and pepper, with rustic flavors of wheat. Hopped with the Amarillo Hop.

The beer pours a translucent light metallic gold colour with a white ring for a head. The aroma is Funk, yeast, floral hops, and grains. The mouthfeel is thin to medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is grass, funk, yeast, and weak spices.
