Et Raasted / Grassroots collaboration brew. Ja, hvorfor ikke? En black belgian barleywine. Ryan Witter Merithew og Martin Jensen testede bryganlægget og kunne proppe hele 374 kilo malt i gryden. En sort, frugtig distinkt belgisk smag med en god humlebitterhed og aroma. Hele 9,8 % alkohol sneg den sig op på. Cascade, Chinook og Simcoe til humling.

Draught@CPH BF 2011. Quite much pitch black colour, small head. Aroma is mild roasted notes, some dark fruits, liquorice and quite bittery fruity as well. Fklavour is much the same with some alcohol, nectar and some slight notes of alcohol. Rather bitter finish.
