Bottle: Poured a deep brown color ale with a rather large foamy head with good retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of deep caramel malt with a sweet finish. Taste is also dominated by some deep caramel malt with some well balanced sweetness. Hops do not play any major role in this beer. Body is quite full with good carbonation and no alcohol was apparent. Not complex but quaffable and enjoyable.

Bottled (Batch 114). Amber colour, mediumsized beige foamy head. Aroma is fruits, caramel malts and some slight acidicness. Flavour is dark fruits and berries with some caramel malts and grassyness. Aftertaste is mainly dark berries and some caramel malts.

Brown with some haze with a firm tan coloured head. Weak aroma of toffee and wet grass. Nutty and toffeish flavour with notes of metal and cream. Almost no bitterness. Mellow aftertaste of milky chocolate and almond.
