We made a new session neipa juice, and this time we use a unique hop called Galaxy. Double dry hopped gives this neipa aroma and taste of citrus and passionfruit. This beer is also a collaboration with the Norwegian beer store Gulating. Citra and Galaxy hop First batches were brewed at EGO Brygghus

October 2020: 440 ml can, from Gulating Ølutsalg, Stavanger. ABV is 4.7%. Cloudy straw colour, moderate to small coarse white head. Pleasant aroma of spruce and pine, citrus and tropical fruits. The flavour is citric and slightly acidic, some resinous notes, but lacks "bite" in the finish.
