We call it a hybrid because it has both American and English characteristics. We Brewed it with 10 hop varieties of American and English origin to create a balance unlike most other Double IPA’s. The result is an amazingly smooth 100 IBU Double IPA that comes in at Alc. 10% by Vol. Just our little way of eradicating sheep one at a time.
