Kiss Cut is back but with a barrel aged twist. A complex, strong Belgian ale with notes of dark stone fruit, raisins, cloves, honey and rum cake, the addition of plums at the end of fermentation compliments the yeast derived complexity and adds just a touch of tartness to produce a strong, yet balanced offering.
