Setting Day is the day when fishermen sail out under the morning sun in boats loaded with lobster traps and carefully coiled ropes to set their trawls. We brewed this saison with a single malt to mimic the golden morning light and fermented it with a very expressive Belgian yeast to bring loads of flavour to a simple brew. A beer brewed for that moment when you feel the Spring sun on your face and know the season’s work is about to begin.
