Eliza5beth is a golden farmhouse ale that we aged on apricots to allow sourness and light fruit flavors to add complexity to the beer.

If you get this in a bottle, get a big, thirsty towel because the sample I got spewed like a Yellowstone geyser. When it finally settles the heck down - after getting my carpet all wet - it pours barely translucent dark apricot with a decent eggshell head that is not thick but hangs around a while. Aroma is not strong, but promises fruit and subtle malty notes. Flavor presents banana, mango, pear, orange, and other fruity notes, along with fresh malt and a hint of hops. Firm body has plenty of fizz, and the whole shebang goes down well. Grab this one if you get a chance!
