This Pacific Northwest IPA is packed with so many hops it was hard to keep them all in the kettle. We’ve counterbalanced the intense floral, piney, and citrus hop profile with a strong malt base, giving this ale a wonderful golden colour.

From Clover Crossing, in a bomber. Dark copper pour under a modestly sized creamy head. Loads of malt in the aroma, to the exclusion of anything else. Smooth mouthfeel. Flavour was tilted towards the malt content, hops in the background, with maybe some pine and citrus. Sure this isn't a barleywine? I'd swear it was. However, a good beer and my first from this newish brewery. Over $8 for an IPA is steep, though.
