Taps clear amber with a nice ivory head. Aroma yields crisp fresh malt and hints of resiny hops and apple. Flavor produces crisp malt, piney and slightly bitter hops, hints of honey and tart apple. Texture offers fair body, perky fizz, a touch of honey. Come to the new world of craft beer.
