This beer is a classic Belgian base malt, but we used a blend of yeast. The Abbey yeast gives an estery, fruity taste to the beer. The saison yeast gives the beer a drier finish than a typical Abbey. Drink Wisely!

Taps clear topaz with a thick beige head. Aroma features fresh malt, pomme, tropical and stone fruit notes. Flavor presents tutti fruitti, fresh malt and woody hop tones for a distinctive and tasty saison - or Abbey ale. Whatever. Texture offers fair body and perky fizz. Double up!
