We aged two Farmhouse style ales—one in a Cabernet Sauvignon barrel and one in a Pinot Noir barrel—each for 27 months. We then took those beautiful, funky, rustic, and slightly floral farmhouses and combined them with 500lbs of fresh, whole Pearson peaches and whole non-pitted California tart cherries. The result is a bright, funky, slightly tart farmhouse with big juicy notes of fresh peach flesh, tart cherry wine, and supplanted by the complex culture that evolved with the whole fruit

Pours clear pink grapefruit with a thin eggshell head. Aroma offers tart stone and citrus fruit, hints of cherry and peach. Flavor produces tart and sweet peach, cherry, citrus. Texture gives decent body and lively fizz. Kersen your perzik.
