A bright and funky farmhouse ale fermented by a blend of saison yeasts and untamed Brettanomyces, then conditioned on a whole load of apricot because YOLO! Stone fruit and tropical fruit dominate the nose, with some honey and cut hay aroma from the wild yeast and a summery apricot tang in the flavour. Perfect for toasting the bankruptcy of a predatory hedge fund.
