looks like they've improved on this a bit since 2005 :) a decent yeasty hefe with a bit more of a hop edge to it than it's german counterpart. not the best beer there, but pretty nice for an american wheat.

Overall disappointment. First it poured crystal clear even though it was touted as unfiltered. Second it had a corny flavor to it that was just unsettling. Could never really get into it so I just moved on.

This review is from previous notes This brew is listed as an unfiltered wheat, but it poured clear yellow. When I asked the bartender about it, he said that the beer was brewed before the place opened & since it took a bit longer to open than planned, all the yeast settled to the bottom. It has a nice banana nose and a clean, crisp flavor
