On tap at Dr. Bill & Steiny's beer bash, this hop monster was very tasty. Lots of citric hop flavor with good malts backing them up. This is a very full bodied, grab you by the cojones, double IPA

This elixir pours with a clear deep amber body topped by a medium thick to thick head with a good amount of lacing. It’s slightly sweet but full of hoppy bitterness with a great grapefruit and pine note, and a hint a malt and cramel. Medium to full bodied, slightly oily and smooth.

Tasted on tap at the 2006 Bistro 2xIPA Festival. Deep orange color. Medium to large sized white foamy head. Aroma is grapefruity, piney and earthy. A medium to full bodied Imperial IPA. Malts are fruity, caramel and earthy. Hops are over the top citrusy, piney and floral. Fairly bitter IPA, but with lots of residual sweetness. Nice balance. Good carbonation. Talk about your balls to the Wall Imperial IPA. Awesome. May be over the top for some, this is not an IPA for the weak. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is crisp and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
