Dec. 2018. On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Cloudy golden colour, large white head. Intense and complex hop aroma: fruity, piney, herbal and spicy notes. Also hints of honey and newmown grass. Distinctly hoppy and resinous flavour too, with some complexity, still fairly well balanced.

Pours clear topaz with a thick and persistent porcelain head. Aroma delivers resiny hops, tangy and sweet grapefruit and orange, fresh malt, tropical and funky hints. Flavor provides rich piney hops, a little bitterness, with grapefruit, orange and tropical fruit plus crisp malt and a funky hint. Texture offers good body and peppy fizz, and a sharp evergreen and fruity finish. Who will win?

16 oz can. Pours hazy dark golden orange with a big creamy off white head that retains well and leaves some lacing.
The aroma is sweet sugary tropical fruit and piney resiny hops.
The flavor is sweet bready caramel malts and ripe tropical fruit with lots of resiny piney hops. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with smooth carbonation.
Overall, a nice DIPA. I remember it being more fruity on draft and liking it a bit more. -

Cloudy golden yellow pour with an off white head. A lot of lacing. Citrus and grassy notes. Strong but not overpowering hop taste to it with a crisp finish. Enjoyed this beer very much.

Pours a semi-cloudy, golden color with a tight, fluffy, white head that leave some impressive lacing on the glass. Aromas of grapefruit, lemon, orange, mango, sweet malt, fresh cut flowers and pine with a hint of cat piss. Tastes as it smells, with the citrus dominating from the start and to the finish, lingering long after the beer has been consumed. I was expecting a bitter ending to the taste that never showed up. Ample carbonation. The mouthfeel is smooth and clean. Strangely, the alcohol is not detected. Flavor improves as the beer warms a bit. This is a massive hop bomb, which is right up my alley. Recommended.
