Pours clumsily into an imperial pint glass. Junky brown body with a frothy head that settles quickly to a spittle cap. Bubbles continuously erupt from the bottom of the glass. Smells like grain, caramel and bread. Mouthfeel is thin and slimy. Tastes of old caramel candies, bread and stone fruits. So close to being a good beer... but so far away.

Pours a slightly hazy dark amber color. Light, slightly off-white, head has little retention but leaves some film on the beer. Has a very earthy aroma with lots of caramel and bready malts. The beer has a fairly herbal malt flavor, though nothing too distinct. The bread is definitely there too, as is the caramel. Some hop bitterness towards the finish. Smooth and medium-bodied with very mild carbonation. Pleasant and easy to drink, not too strong.A nice dark lager, but after a while it starts to taste a bit watery.

500 ml swing-top bottle. Poured a slight hazy ruby-brown coloured beer with a one finger beige foamy head that had a mid-sized retention. Soft carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is strong toasted malts, corn, spicy, licorice, fruity, dark ripe fruits. The flavour is roasted grainy malts, caramel, bready, fruity, plums. The mouthfeel is smooth and quite watery. This medium bodied beer has a long caramel malty finish. An easy drinkable Amber.

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Coppery amber colour with mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is caramel malts, some mildly bready notes along with some slight roated notes. Flavour is rather much the same, but also has some slight hoppyness to it.

Sampled on 12/06/2009. This Vienna pours a deep brown color from a 50cl bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is caramel malts, dark fruit, and sweet. A medium to light bodied Vienna. The malts are caramel, bready and sweet. The hops are earthy. Nice flavors, but its kind of thin tasting. There are some roasty malts that lingers at the finish. Nice carbonation. Mouthfeel is thin. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly sweet with some roasty malts and a touch of tartness.

Cola colored lager with a reddish tinge when backlit. Head is full and rocky, chestnut colored with good lacing. Very attractive beer. Aroma is predominantly of a caramel malt. Roasted malt flavor starts out sweet up front and turns slightly sour towards the finish. Aftertaste is slightly bitter with a taint of wet cardboard. Mouthfeel is light and a bit watery. This is an organic brew that didn't quite deliver in the taste department.
