Light gold in colour. Citrus, pineapple, peach and grapefruit aromas on the forefront. Malt takes a backseat to the flavours from the liberal use of Amarillo, Cascade and Columbus hops in this beer.

Bomber from Central City. Clear pour, more amber than light gold, modest ivory head. Terrific aroma of citrus and pine resin, maybe a touch of caramel. Flavour likewise, all 85 IBU's are there, and the high ABV imparts a boozy character through to the finish. Solid mouthfeel. A robust DIPA, really well done, although $10.99 for a bomber is a bit dear.
