A Tillamook County classic - smooth, quenching, and eminently drinkable! Yellow in color and a little hazy in appearance because it is unfiltered, this wheat brew has a snappy but mellow flavor with a subtle spicy hints, and a smooth, slightly tart finish. The brew of choice for Cheesemakers.

    Wheat beer is what got me into 'good' beer and away from the swill. Though no longer my favorite style, the Pelican Heiferweizen is stellar among the style. The Heifer has a stronger spice flavor than other wheat beers which can be a little bland.
