Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6
500 ml bottle, 2014 #147/1800. Pours hazy copper amber with a medium creamy off white head that goes to a thin film that leaves a little lacing.
The aroma is sweet acidic earthy brett and sugary tropical fruit.
The flavor is sweet sugary fruit and cola with some earthy brett and a bit of a bitter finish. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with smooth carbonation.
Overall, this sample is sweeter and more sugary than the last I had which better showcased the brett. Not a lot of hops.
