Copper Top is a downright tasty wheat beer. Its colour may be a happy shade of deep copper, but its taste is bright and possesses notes of citrus and spice. This beer has all the balance and boldness required to spin like a top. So play away. A summer, seasonal beer. Appearance: Bright copper-orange body, lasting white head. Aroma: Like a bouquet of cloves and coriander. A bit different. Taste: Crisp and malty, caramelized Munich malts give a bready caramel undertone to the yeast and spice quality. Moderately bitter.
