We thought the marriage of pecans, smoke, and peaches would make an amazing end-of-summer beer. Pitmaster is a Grätzer, which is a light, low alcohol, highly carbonated, smokey beer made with 100% oak-smoked wheat malt. We made our version with 100% pecan wood-smoked wheat malt. We then rested the beer on 300 pounds of fresh Georgia peaches. Pitmaster has an intense smoke aroma upfront that fades into ripe peaches. The Light and crisp nature of this beer truly make it a peach

Taps clear topaz with a thick parchment head that supplies heavy lacing. Aroma provides sharp resiny hops, stonefruit, smoky, funk and malt. Flavor gives anchovy, stonefruit, resiny hops, fresh malt. Texture presents decent body and fizz. Not the pits.
