The first Polish that I learned after moving to Central Wisconsin was "Duzy Piwo" which means "Big Beer." It is ironic that we now operate a brewery that crafts plenty of "Big Beers." Enjoy this big golden treat in moderation or you could end up on your dupa!

Clear golden yellow, thin white head, low carbonation. Nose of grain, light hops and bready malt. Medium-bodied. Flavors of grain, spice and biscuits; lightly sweet fruity/spicy finish. MUSIC: 'Imperials' by Ratatat

Pours a heavily malted, but bright golden colour with a full white head. Aroam is malty, with slight pear, berry and grassy notes. Taste is comfortable. firm hops, spice and grainy notes.
